“No Bees, No Honey” was recorded at The House in Choctaw with producer Matt Dylan Street, a multi-instrumentalist who deserves considerable credit for not being a mindless studio drone. His stellar session work and editing ear is responsible for much of the album’s unexpected and much-appreciated character. “No Bees, No Honey” is buzz-worthy, for sure.
