a way that reinforces the stereotypes. A true oddity, “It’s a Small World” isn’t as dismissive as, say, Tod Browning’s “Freaks,” but it’s certainly exploitation, if fairly inoffensive. You can be forgiven for laughing; after all, the end shot must be seen to be believed. At barely more than an hour, the picture is as abbreviated as its subject.
