Has he not seen the “Jurassic Park” movie? It’s a fantasy, to be sure, one I’d be loath to introduce into a serious discussion, but it illustrates the point that the Earth was once veritably crawling with serious predators that would make quick work of everyone today, not to mention Adam and Eve (not Adam and Steve). If Kern needs convincing, he could check out “Godzilla” for evidence of what just one ill-tempered dinosaur might accomplish.
I am really quite puzzled that Kern apparently feels the teachings of Jesus Christ are too weak to stand apart from the primitive creation myth he insists on cramming down everyone’s throat. This myth makes as much a mockery of Christian teachings as does the Catholic insistence of papal infallibility.
