This family-owned establishment fully intends on becoming a local staple. Located downtown, Blu’s has a menu full of smoked meats, from chopped brisket to a full slab of ribs. Start your meal off with Fire Wraps, cream cheese stuffed jalapeños tied with bacon, and then enjoy The Brisket Blitz, a sandwich topped with a hot link and coleslaw.
