Y’all, be nice. Seriously.

People are just so mean to her!

Yeah, she’s a celebrity and all, but is that really a good reason to be a big, fat meanie-head about it?

For instance, after starring in (and totally nailing her role in!!!) the recent NBC television special The Sound of Music Live!, so-called “critics” panned the vivacious starlet. The Los Angeles Times said she was “lacking weight and substance.”

Psh, yeah she was “lacking weight,” because she’s a hottie! What, you want an overweight Maria singing “The Hills Are Alive” while munching on some Ho Hos? Yeah, right.

as any other totally awesome person would do, Underwood tweeted about
it, saying, “Plain and simple: Mean people need Jesus. They will be in
my prayers tonight… 1 Peter 2:1-25.”

That’s right, mean people. Jesus. Get to know Him (especially you, Peter!), because
if you don’t, you’ll never know Him. Ever! If you did, you’d know
Carrie Underwood is a real person, with feelings, who is just trying to
be the best celebrity/Julie Andrews she can be.
