The biggest cover-up, like, ever

That was one of Inhofe’s comments after listening to Fox host Bill O’Reilly interview President Obama before the Feb. 2 Super Bowl.

“And I’m talking about compared to the Pentagon Papers, Iran- Contra, Watergate and the rest of them. This was a cover-up in order for people right before the election to think there was no longer a problem with terrorism in the Middle East,” the senator said.

An attack by Middle East militants and al-Qaeda terrorists on the American embassy in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012, resulted in the death
of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Since
then, reports have shown U.S. government officials knew the attacks were
likely but did nothing to prevent them. According to one report
prepared by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the CIA, NSA
and Pentagon delivered many warnings on the growing threats in Benghazi,
but the State Department failed to take them seriously and increase
security.

“It’s just
an outrageous lie. It is kind of hard to call it anything else,” Inhofe
told Oklahoma radio station KFAQ about Obama’s claim that his
administration did not withhold information on Benghazi.

Later in his interview with the radio station, Inhofe called Fox News the only station that isn’t owned by Obama.

Senator, ownership might be taking it too far. What else would Fox News do besides criticize the president?

Right or wrong, that’s part of their daily routine.
