Bar Wars, a fight between 11 local bartenders to claim the title of best cocktail, will raise money to support nonprofit organization Be the Change. For $20, participants can munch on food from local restaurants and vote for best cocktail from 7-11 p.m. Saturday at the Individual Artists of Oklahoma Gallery, 706 W. Sheridan.
