Art moves with Art Moves, the continuing series of free performances and creative demonstrations during the noon hour throughout downtown OKC. Tuesday sees the Skirvin Hilton’s first artist-in-residence, Romy Owens, highlight art in her ground-floor studio at the historic hotel, 1 Park Ave., where attendees can take part in on ongoing photography project in a photo booth.
