OK CityScape
1100 N. Broadway
$3 kids 12 and under, $5 adults
Friday-Saturday

Organizers at OK CityScape hope the allure of the bricks that click can help reading click with kids. On Friday, the annual fundraiser exhibit of Oklahoma City landmarks built in Legos will host a story time for children of all ages.

For several Fridays this month, local celebrities and community leaders have served as readers during storytelling sessions, including folksinger K.C. Clifford; Karl Springer, superintendent of Oklahoma City Public Schools; and various Thunder Girls. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, the appropriately named firefighter Brian Story will read a storybook.

The hour is open to all ages with regular admission to OK CityScape, 1100 N. Broadway, which is $3 for kids 12 and under, and $5 for adults.

More fun can be had Saturday, at a Lego robots workshop for kids ages 14 to 16. Admission is $10, but participants get to take home their creations. Space for the workshop is limited, so call 601-9200 or visit www.okcityscape.com to register.

This marks the second year for OK CityScape, a massive, interactive toy replica of the city built entirely with Legos. Proceeds benefit Oklahoma City Educare, an early childhood education center.
