Included as one of the chefs was Oklahoma native Rick Bayless, now a successful restaurant owner and television cook who lives in Chicago.

Chris McGahan, co-owner with his wife, Linda, of Italian Jim’s Pizzeria in Yukon, is opening up a second location in Edmond in the spring that has everyone buzzing. What makes Italian Jim’s so unique? McGahan will also have a shop for glass blowing on site.

The Chork is just what it sounds like — a fork on one end, and chopsticks on the other. The Chork actually has three user options: the standard fork, trainer chopsticks (with the fork at the other end making it easier to handle) and standard chopsticks (the fork end snaps apart).
