Graduation Dinner

Dear Friend of the Coach House,
Many of you know that in addition to being Oklahoma’s finest
restaurant, The Coach House is also Oklahoma’s finest cooking school.
Chef Kurt runs the kitchen as a fully accredited apprenticeship, with
each apprentice serving a two and one half year stint. The apprentice
learns each station of the kitchen and for the last six months is the
head sous chef at the restaurant.
We are hosting a pair of graduation dinners for
Chef Caleb Byers on Sunday, January 27 and Monday, January 28, 2013.
Caleb has planned an exciting menu for this event. He is responsible for
all aspects of the execution of this dinner, from conception to
preparation to presentation. We will introduce Caleb at the end of the
meal and have a brief ceremony where we will present him with a
custom-made chef’s coat and a set of chef’s knives. We will select
great wines, as always, to accompany the dinner.
The dinner begins at 6:30 PM each evening. The price
per person will be $90 including dinner and wine (cocktails, tax and
gratuities are extra). Come celebrate Caleb’s graduation and enjoy great
