The Alps are home to some of the
most iconic cheeses: those rich, sharp, nutty ones that are the color
of pale straw, with pea-sized eye-holes and a pleasantly pungent aroma.
Some people call them "Swiss," but France, Germany, and Italy control
their share of the Alps, too, and we'll be tasting alpine delights from
all over, pairing them with wines to match. Not a class to miss.
