First Course: Savory Cheese Pain Perdu, topped with poached farm-fresh eggs and greens.
Second Course: Dungeness crab and lobster tail bisque, finished with a prawn.
Third Course: fresh grape and Champagne Sorbet.
Fourth Course: seared Duck Breast with a cherry, honey, and wine reduction sauce.
Fifth Course: Chocolate Devil's Food Cake, decadently layered with sour-cream fudge frosting and garnished with fresh berries.
A
Couple's option is available if reserved ahead of time. The option
will be a Fourth Course of (1) plate with the Duck entree listed above
and (1) plate with a filet mignon steak to be shared between a couple.
