The brilliant chefs from Foodies, the of-the-moment diner at NW 12th and Walker, and OMG Catering will wow us with a hip, fun evening of creative dining. Specialty cocktails: Red Lotus, Asian Mist or Green Tea Martini. Appetizers: Kimchi Fries – Cajun seasoned French fries piled high with Korean syle beef, spicy kimchi, cilantro, secret sauce, sriracha and sesame seeds. Veg version features tofu instead of beef. Entrees: Mini Bulgogi Gyro- marinated Korean style ribeye, Asian slaw, cucumber sauce, sesame seed, and fried shallot inside a pita bread. Served with lemongrass chicken and fragrant jasmine rice.
