What's New in Quilt Borders
Anyone interested in learning the newest techniques in quilt borders should plan to attend this workshop. “What’s New in Quilt Borders” will be held Thursday, April 10, 9:30 a.m. at the Oklahoma County OSU Cooperative Extension Service, 930 N. Portland, OKC, OK. This workshop will be sponsored by the Oklahoma County Oklahoma Home and Community Education organization and is open to interested residents free of charge.
Brenda Hill, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator from Cleveland County, will share information about the multitude of new rulers in all shapes and sizes that can help create fun and exciting borders in a fraction of the time it took earlier generations of quilters. “Scrap, Batiks, and no borders are just a few of the new, exciting world of borders”, stated Hill.
