<p style="text-align:center" align="center">Grammy Nominated Artist John Fullbright <br>
to Play at Goddard Center</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">(Ardmore, OK) – – Oklahoma native
John Fullbright will be bring his eclectic, Americana sound to the Goddard
Center Thursday, January 17 starting on stage at 7 p.m. Fullbright’s recent
Grammy nomination for Best Americana Album has him in the running against such
notable acts as Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers, the Avett Brothers, and Bonnie
Raitt. </p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Featured in such national
publications as American Songwriter, The Wall Street Journal, and The Los
Angeles Times, many music critics predict that Fullbright will soon be a
household name. “When you’re in the same room with John Fullbright, and he
starts to sing, this feeling just washes over you because you realize you are
in the presence of someone special. You just know this young man is going
places,” s<a name="_GoBack"></a>tates Goddard Center Executive Director Leila
Lenore, “We are extremely proud that he is playing at the Goddard Center on the
heels of his Grammy nomination.” &nbsp;The 2013 Grammy awards program will air on CBS on February 10.&nbsp; </p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Born and raised just outside
Okemah, Woody Guthrie’s hometown, Fullbright started playing the piano at the
age of 9. Since then he has mastered the guitar, harmonica, keyboards and
vocals to such a degree that he has played several showcases at SWSX in Austin,
and WoodyFest, the annual folk festival honoring Woody Guthrie. He has also been
featured on National Public Radio’s Weekend Edition, Prairie Home Companion,
and recently on World Café. </p>

<p style="text-align:justify">His first album, a live recording
at Oklahoma City’s legendary Blue Door, became his “calling card” and set sales
records at WoodyFest. His first studio album, From the Ground Up, for which he has received the Grammy
nomination, was recorded at 115 Recording in Norman Oklahoma.&nbsp; The album was co-produced by Fullbright
and Wes Sharon.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Fullbright, who is known for his
keen lyrical insight as well as innate ability to craft a creative and
contemplative song, will be joined on stage with fellow musicians Giovanni
Carnuccio III on drums and vocals, Terry “Buffalo” Ware on electric guitar, and
David Leach on the bass.</p>
