Rachmaninoff</div><div><br></div><div>Violinist Chuanyuan Li is frequently lauded for his technical excellence, gorgeous tone, musical imagination, passion and emotional maturity. Li has become one of the most promising and respected young artists of his generation in China. He has studied at the Julliard School of Music with full scholarship under Dorothy DeLay and Itzhak Perlman.</div><div><br></div><div>In Li's debut recital in Seattle in 2008, the Seattle Times observed that Li "shares Perlman's amazing dexterity in untangling virtuoso pieces" and that "despite his technical accuracy and incredible speed, LI plays with great abandon, and where appropriate, a lot of soul."</div>
