Reactor reaction

Letters to the Editor

In answer to our esteemed Sen. Jim Inhofe, I pose the following points against his dissertation (“Counterpoint: ‘Clean, reliable, affordable’ power, Apr. 20, Gazette), which looks like a press release for the nuclear power industry, and probably is.

Skeptical of Inhofe

Letters to the Editor

Chadwick Cox
Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., tells us that nuclear power plants here in America are safe (“Counterpoint: ‘Clean, reliable, affordable’ power,” April 20, Gazette) because he asked Chairman Greg Jaczko of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the nuclear industry, and they told him our nuclear power plants are safe. He accepts their word without question.

Sen. Jim Inhofe has given us many WTF-did-he-just-say moments over the years, but one of the WTF-iest came during a Dec. 12 speech to the Tulsa Metro Chamber.

Welcome home, Mr. Inhofe

CFN

Gazette staff
Welcome back to CFN, Mr. Inhofe. As you know, the Oklahoman and Republican U.S. Senator has been an outspoken critic of the Affordable Care Act (arguably as outspoken as any — he really hates it).

Blame it all on Gov. Christie

When discussing the current mode of operation in the U.S. Congress, you can really just boil it down to the basics: compromise = bad, bipartisanship = get outta here!

LETTERS

Letters to the Editor

Michael Jason Allred
So, Sen. James Inhofe sent me an e-mail today asking me to share my tale of woe and misery due to Obamacare. This was my reply, although I doubt it was what they were wanting.
