All-you-can-eat chili! And now that we have your attention, here are the deets for the fifth annual Chili Bowl fundraiser: from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at the University of Oklahoma’s Lightwell Gallery, 520 Parrington Oval in Norman.
