Well, for all the hullabaloo earlier this year about horse slaughter, it appears Oklahoma won’t be home to any horse slaughterhouses anytime soon. Animal-rights activists can stand down, and fast-food lovers can continue enjoying their low-grade burgers without coming across any mane.
