More motorists than bicyclists is a problem that Downtown OKC Inc. has been trying to rectify. Since the 2011 launch of the Spokies bike share program, which provides downtown residents, employees and visitors a healthy and economical way to get around the area, the number of people who are taking advantage of it continues to grow, according to Jill Brown DeLozier, marketing director at DOKC.
