Lung it

OKG7 things to do

Gazette staff
So thriving is the Plaza District, all it needs now is an iron lung. Perhaps it will settle for the band My Iron Lung, touring with like-minded experimental-hardcore act Troubled Coast. The groups will play at 7 p.m. Monday at Bad Granny’s Bazaar, 1759 N.W. 16th, alongside spoken-word artist Trey the Ruler, metro-based Our Sky Is Falling and Norman hip-hoppers Dare We Say, Pioneers. Tickets are $6. Call 528-4585.

Not going without

OKG7 Dining

Devon Green

Luckily, with restaurateurs becoming more savvy to their diners’ needs, there are a bevy of places in OKC to satisfy your craving for the foods you love without losing taste. All choices this week have been road-tested by gluten-sensitive foodies to guarantee satisfaction.
