Love who you’re with

Features

Brittany Pickering

Let’s just be honest here. Valentine’s Day isn’t about true love or big babies with bows and arrows; it’s about presents (and delicious dinners, but mostly presents). The mushy day of romance and gifts is a little over a week away, and OKC has loads to offer in the romance department. Don’t worry; it has you love-haters covered, too.

The Electric Würms - "Heart of the Sunrise"

Indie

Joshua Boydston
For a band so prolific, ambitious and endearingly experimental, it’s a wonder that more Flaming Lips side projects haven’t emerged over the years. Several dozen collaborations have come and gone, but rarely anything that wasn’t released under the official Lips’ umbrella.
