Hollie’s Flatiron Steakhouse

Hollie’s is offering sirloin, an 8-oz. filet and a 20 oz. bone in rib eye done on a flat iron grill. It is part of the Hal Smith Restaurant Group and its name has been revived from the now closed Hollie’s Bar on S. Western. The staff is offering traditional and tasty top-notch oven roasted chicken, fish, pork chops and St. Louis ribs. Right now, it is dinner every night with lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
