One thing you don't have to improve on here is the name, as everyone would love to eat at a place that cooks food just like your mama. Mama Lou's has met the challenge by offering its pure, 80/20 beef burgers, along with gyros, salads, chicken-fried steak, tuna salad and chicken salad. Like they say, "Just name it; we've got it."
