The plan was scrapped a couple months later when a federal appeals court ruled that a similar monument, at Haskell County’s courthouse in nearby Stigler, amounted to a government endorsement of religion.

Poteau Oklahoma” had notched more than 2.25 million views, thanks to 14-year-old Alyssa Kramer’s awesomely weird ability to instantly speak any word backward.
