Chefs Seth Rogers and Juan Xivir are partnering with bar manager Dylan Brozovich, to create a four-course dinner paired perfectly with wine selections from the Charles Smith collection.
Courses include:
• Yuzu dressed salad with scallops - paired with Band of Roses Rosé
Tuna tartar wonton stack - paired with Eve Chardonnay
• Slow braised Asian short ribs with shitake risotto – paired with Charles Smith Cabernet Sauvignon
• Velvet Devil Merlot poached pears over homemade pear ice cream – paired with Velvet Devil Merlot
